In contrast to the art museum with its unique painting collection, established in the former cold storage building, an evening exploration tour and factory picnic are offered on this spring's only Locked Doors Tour (LUT) with open ticket sales! On the LUT, we will look at the story of Viinistu through the eyes of the village, Kirov, Jaan Manitski, and the storyteller themselves.
In addition, we will enjoy a sip of wine and munch on some snacks, and nourish our minds with thematic animation.
Entry to the LUT is €23, payment on site in cash or by bank card. The maximum number of guests on the tour is 25.

As part of Lahemaa Picnic Day, Keerud Keraamika invites you to a creative nature excursion – a pottery picnic right in the heart of Lahemaa. Let's step out of everyday life for a moment and take time for ourselves. Let's create with nature. If the weather is good, we'll shape clay at the edge of the forest; if the weather is worse, we'll do so on the terrace of a 160-year-old farm's summer kitchen. Peaceful flow, creativity, and simple joys await. In the workshop, each participant will create their own ceramic item – be it a bowl, a plate, or a mug. Your piece will later be glazed by Keerud ceramist Triin, using pre-selected glaze colors. The finished item will be sent to your home within a few weeks – as a keepsake and for everyday use.
We will set the picnic table with simple, home-style treats: a savory tart and for dessert, silky panna cotta with fresh berries. You will receive your panna cotta ceramic dish as a gift – so that a piece of this day stays with you even longer.
The atmosphere is created by free-range chickens and the summer tranquility of Lahemaa. No prior experience is required to participate – a desire to create and enjoy is enough.
Price: €55 (includes pottery making and glazing, picnic meal, and a ceramic gift).
For two people: €100.
Spaces are limited.
