Lahemaa is a magical little place where nature and people live in harmony.

Here you will find deep groves, a stormy sea, and giant boulders, but above all, people who can tell old stories and sing runic songs.

It is home to a wide range of wild animals - elk, wild boars, bears and lynx.

The northern coast attracts many migratory birds every year. The national park is crossed by several well-marked long hiking trails, such as RMK Oandu-Ikla hiking trail and a forest trail that is part of the European long-distance path E11.
